Computer science at COMSATS, then an internship at Precise Technologies. Six months later I joined Silverthread Labs, and that is where the useful part starts.

For two and a half years I was the only developer on two products: Ezly, a proposal platform running model inference, and GlanceAI, a browser assistant that reached twenty four thousand users at a 4.7 rating. Only developer means everything. Schema, auth, dashboard, payments, release, and the Sunday production triage.

It taught me the thing this whole site rests on: the difficulty is almost never the feature. It is the seam between two features, and nobody owns a seam unless somebody decides to.

By the end of Silverthread I had clear opinions about how a build should run and no way to act on them from inside someone else's process. I could see which decisions would cost a client money in eighteen months, and I was not the person making them.

So I started Devyst: me, a designer, an automation engineer, a content lead and a writer. Agentic AI systems, custom SaaS and workflow automation, and I have led every build since.

The size is the point. A few projects at a time means every build has someone senior on it from the first call to the handover. I have watched studios grow past that and I have not seen one where the work got better.

I work at Nysonian in Islamabad as a Full Stack AI Engineer while running Devyst. Two reasons, and neither is caution.

The first is exposure. Nysonian puts me in front of problems a small studio would not meet for years: fulfillment systems that cannot go down, and databases where an AI feature has to answer a plain language question without inventing a number.

The second is that it keeps Devyst free. We are not taking a project because rent is due, and that single fact protects the quality of the work.
